Women Empowerment is one of the core objectives of Bhaskara Foundation. To achieve this objective, Bhaskara Foundation works across multiple states in India to identify marginalized women and empower them through skill development and livelihood opportunities.

The program focuses on enhancing the social and economic status of women by providing practical vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and income-generating opportunities. Through these initiatives, women gain confidence, independence, and the ability to actively participate in their families and communities.
Our training programs are designed to improve livelihoods and create sustainable employment opportunities for vulnerable women. Participants receive guidance, mentorship, and access to resources that help them build successful careers or start their own small businesses.
Impact
This program aims to create long-term economic and financial stability for women from disadvantaged backgrounds, including widows, single mothers, and economically weaker sections of society.
Beneficiaries are trained in various vocational skills and linked with local employment opportunities and markets. Many participants become part of self-help groups, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute positively to their communities.
Through this initiative, Bhaskara Foundation continues to empower women socially, economically, and professionally, helping them achieve dignity, self-reliance, and financial independence.
