He comes from an economically disadvantaged family consisting of his parents and a younger brother. As the eldest son, he always felt a deep sense of responsibility to support his family and improve their financial condition.
Despite completing his education up to the 10th Standard, financial hardships prevented him from pursuing higher studies. Determined to ease his family’s burden, he began searching for opportunities that would help him acquire practical skills and secure stable employment.

Recognizing his strong interest in the electrical sector, he was enrolled in the Household Electrician Training Programme at the Bhaskara Foundation Skill Centre in Rajahmundry.
During the programme, he received comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical training in household electrical installations, wiring, fault identification, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. With continuous guidance from experienced trainers, he developed the technical expertise and confidence required for a successful career in the electrical industry.
The Outcome
After successfully completing the Household Electrician Training Programme, Mr. Varma was placed as an Assistant Electrician at M/s. Surat Refrigeration Works, Rajahmundry. The placement provided him with stable employment, enabling him to support his family while building a promising professional career.
