Our Training and Skill development vertical offers a comprehensive range of training programs for the youth to improve their employability skills. Bhaskara Foundation has partnered with CREDAI CSR Foundation on training and skill development initiatives.
Our training programs are customized as per the industry requirements. We cater to a broad range of industry segment which includes Apparel, Construction, Hospitality, Logistics and Transportation etc.
We @ Bhaskara provide training in an electrician course to prepare individuals to work as skilled and certified professionals. Our courses provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for various electrical tasks, installations, and maintenance work.
Bhaskara’s tailor made training in Electrician Course equips unemployed youth with practical skills that are in demand in various sectors, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance. Upon completing their training and gaining the necessary experience, they are well-positioned to find stable employment as electricians.
Food and Beverage Service Training curriculum is designed in such a way that the participant can prepare himself/herself to make careers in the hospitality industry. This training equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth dining or beverage experience for guests.
Housekeeping professionals at Bhaskara Foundation helps the partcipants in understanding the importance and need to serve the guests in the Hospitality Industry. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, public areas, and facilities. Housekeeping training is critical for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Well-trained housekeeping staff play a significant role in the overall guest experience and contribute to the reputation and success of hospitality establishments.

Overall 84% of the trained youth have gained employment in reputed Organizations across different sectors with a salary range from Rs.8000 to Rs.15000
